stunning, stunning, stunning
My stay in the Superior King Room with River View was breathtaking! The floor-to-ceiling glass allowed for amazing views of the Hastings River, and the spacious design made it incredibly comfortable. I absolutely adored the complimentary bottle of wine and the fantastic breakfast buffet that fueled my days.
totally recommend 😊💕

The room quality is hit or miss—some guests ended up in lower-level rooms with obstructed views and a lot of noise from the pool area. Amenities are outdated, with reports of musty smells, old carpets, and noisy air conditioning units. The dining experience was lacking. one guest waited over an hour for dinner service, and there were mix-ups with orders. Parking could also be a hassle for taller vehicles due to height restrictions, and breakfast pricing seemed extravagant, especially for kids.

I stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment with Water View for 3 nights. The kitchen was amazing, and we saw dolphins while sipping wine on the balcony. The staff was great and the modern design of the apartment was a nice touch. Definitely coming back! 🐬

Couple's cautionary tales
Check-in was smooth and welcoming, which was a relief after a long drive and the staff were really attentive. Our room, even though basic, had a view of the pool which was a nice surprise, made us consider upgrading next time.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still bearable.

Amazing views but room needs a facelift
I enjoyed my stay immensely due to the incredible views of the water from the room, but I found the overall condition of the room quite disappointing. It had a dated feel with chipped furniture and an outdated bathroom that could definitely use an upgrade. Despite the fantastic location and friendly staff, I think improvements to the room quality would make a huge difference.

The newly refurbished room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the river, and the spacious layout made my business trip comfortable. The hotel features great amenities such as a well-maintained pool area and a friendly bar. Staff support was evident throughout my stay, making me feel welcomed and ensuring all my needs were met.
Parking is an additional cost that could have been included.

The stunning location offered beautiful water views and easy access to vibrant cafes and shops right at our doorstep, making it a pleasure to explore the area. Enjoying breakfast while spotting dolphins was a highlight. the rooms felt dated and lacked adequate cooling, resulting in discomfort during the warm nights. the absence of proper window coverings on the sliding doors allowed too much morning light, disrupting sleep.
